Background/History:
Frank grew up in a rough part of Detroit, MI with a father who was a real jaggoff. His dad was the kind of man who would shame his son for expressing interest in anything remotely girly or even fleetingly effeminate. Frank is, in the most in your face sense, a man’s man whose interactions with those he doesn’t respect - women, less-than-masculine men, liberals, etc. - are antagonizing and/or condescending. Frank is endlessly and often needlessly aggressive, and despite that trait sometimes biting him in the ass, he persists in his aggression confidently and without a hint of introspection.
