Amazon executives have touted the premiere of EPIC's Chaos as a massive success. Exact numbers were unavailable due to the way streaming works, but the executive we spoke with stated that Chaos easily surpassed all expectations as a sports themed series and could be a top 5 premiere episode on the entire platform.
"We couldn't be happier with the decision to take a chance on EPIC." the executive stated, before adding "They present a product that's not only unique to Amazon but to professional wrestling in general."
When asked to elaborate he went on to say, "EPIC cuts out the things that make today's wrestling fan tune out. They show you the important stuff not a five minute rest hold or someone stalling on the floor. They emphasize the best parts in my mind which are the action and the story."
The executive's rave review didn't stop there as he mentioned a few talents by name including referring to Bridget Lewis-Killings as "a true superstar and the glue that pieces this puzzle together." He called El Diablo Blanco a "hidden gem" and a "lovable lunatic" as well as saying he thought Frank Lowe "gets it" when it comes to making people hate him with simple words.
The breakout star in his option though was a toss up between the masked Moros or the man who left Chaos as the Violence Champion, "The EPIC Gamer" Daniel Dream.
"I know Moros lost, but he lost to a real veteran who has been doing this longer than he's been alive from what I've heard. I see big things for him."
He finished by saying, "The EPIC Gamer captured everyone's attention with his performances and really had the fans behind him. He has charisma and caters to a very large demographic, the Violence Championship won't be the only gold he holds in EPIC."
After such a positive reaction from the Amazon offices the excitement surrounding the company can be felt across the world.
