It’s time once again for a show review! Good job my anyone who contributed to the show, and a special thanks to Jake and Tris once again for leading our group.
Another good promo from Dream here. I got a good heel vibe from this promo while still keeping with the video game stuff he has become known for. Madman getting the win was nice and the circumstances set things up nicely for a rematch. Both of these guys have done a good job within the Violence division.
I feel we got a nice background on why Quinn hates the Keeton family so much. I also feel there are plenty of more details that could come out of it. I was ready to give Quinn my heel of the week until his potential redemption segment. I don’t think things are quite what they seem with him and I look forward to where it goes.
El Diablo with a good job putting over himself and the Violence division. I think we learned a lot about the character and overall I feel like the Violence division continues to be strong. It feels like anyone within the division can realistically hold the title and it would make sense.
Dragan with another solid promo, though it felt a lot like the last one which isn’t bad. I still feel like it could go either way with him being heel or face. If I had a nitpick it would have been nice to mention his opponent for the match he had as it was already announced, but not a big deal.
I will just say while there wasn’t much back and forth I am looking forward to continuing to work with the Graham Baker character.
Wyldeside with another win. As one of the few real teams in Epic they keep finding ways to win.
We finally get the main event of Rebirth. Hungry Jack vs JC Keeton. I look forward to working on some segments to build toward that.
Ok, lets see where this Nanners thing goes. It’s building toward something but I can’t figure it out.
Another strong debut within Epic with Celina. The interaction with the Dalmons was good but I think you really get a lot of character development in the segment with Quinn.
Every time I see the Terra picbase I expect a certain character and I am surprised when I don’t get it. The interaction with Lowe was good. It makes sense that he wouldn’t want to fight a female, plays well with the heel character he has been giving us.
Best Face: I will go with Terra Mason...
Best Heel: Even though it isn’t feel blown heel, I think I will go with Moros here. There aren’t many strong heels so this got my vote
Best Segment: I am going to go with the Dream/Madman segment that started the show.
Best Match: Diablo vs Scar
